To open the Shilajit container, gently pull the top side up and the bottom side down. If the lid is difficult to remove, use the provided scoop to carefully pry between the lid and container edges.

Use the provided scoop to measure 0.5 grams of Shilajit. Dissolve the Shilajit in water or milk to consume.

Shilajit is a pure substance that can solidify when exposed to air. This does not affect its quality; it simply becomes harder to scoop. To maintain its soft consistency, store it in a warm place and close the lid tightly after each use.

Avoid storing Shilajit in the refrigerator or other cold locations. A kitchen cabinet or a warm area of your home is ideal for storing your Shilajit container.
